Berkhamsted Chiropractic Clinic was established in 1931 and has been providing competent and caring Chiropractors to the local community since it began. It has now grown and developed into a wonderful multi-disciplinary practice.

Elizabeth Everington, a patient here at Berkhamsted Chiropractic Clinic is very excited to be delivering the Lightning Process.  Following many years of illness, she was diagnosed with CFS/ME.  Upon undertaking this ground-breaking training she has turned her life around from being virtually housebound and in need of a wheelchair; to embarking on a 1000 mile walk in May of this year.

Our life journey can sometimes become very serious, it is important to remember to have fun along the way.

Often when we talk about fun, or doing things just for fun, we talk about it in a dismissive way as if fun isn’t important. We tend to value hard work and seriousness, and we forget to pay our respects to the equally important, light side of silliness and laughter.

This is ironic because we all know the feeling of euphoria that follows a good burst of laughter, and how it leaves us less stressed, more openhearted, and more ready to reach out to people.
