Kelly became a Personal Trainer in 2003. Since then she has broadened her experience in one to one personal training by attending many different courses and is working as a level 3 Personal Trainer. She still continues to broaden her knowledge in this ever growing industry by attending workshops and courses on a yearly basis.

Kelly has joined TML Fitness to work alongside Tara to offer a high level of one to one personal training and Vibrogym to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. Kelly will be offering training Monday to Saturday.
