Adrian Forster

Sports Massage Therapist

"I qualified in November 2007 from The Carlton Institute and joined Berkhamsted Clinic in November 2008. I have been in the Fitness Industry for the past 19 years and in that time my skills have taken me to many different locations, sports and leisure centres, the Management College, open prison, corporate gyms, rugby clubs, schools and people's homes.

The sphere of my experience includes coaching team sports, gym instruction, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I receive referrals from Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in respect of Active Rehabilitation exercise for complete recovery. I am especially interested in the application of fitness techniques to enhance a person’s potential in their chosen sport.

During last summer I had the opportunity of working with Western Force Rugby as a sports massage therapist whilst they were on their end of season tour here in England. They played Saracens, Northampton and Leicester - this was very hard work but great fun!

The type of massage I offer is for anyone who requires deep tissue therapy not just sports people."

Testimonials

Adrian managed to cure my severe lower back pain within 2 hourly sessions of sports massage therapy. Not only did he alleviate the pain, but he has helped restore my muscle strength to prevent future recurrences

Anne Clarke

I went to Adrian suffering with a very sore back and neck pain – I hadn’t slept properly for 2 weeks. After an hour with Adrian I couldn’t believe how much the pain has eased. Not only did Adrian ease the pain but he also knew exactly where the pain originated from. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

"A street artist spent 5 minutes painting a portrait of a gentleman, when the artist asked for 1 guinea the man complained, the artist had made but a few brush strokes. The artist replied - it may have only taken 5 minutes to paint but it has taken a lifetime to learn how to do this"
