Hand Held Massager Course

SELF HELP – INTRODUCTORY DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: 

A two hour class with Kevin Pistak (Doctor of Chiropractic) which teaches attendees general muscle anatomy and how to use a professional percussion handheld massage unit to alleviate some common musculoskeletal complaints and relax those chronic areas of tension. The course will focus on hands on use of the massage units and although it can be taken as a single individual is best suited to couples or pairs of individuals. So bring along your significant other or a friend to practise on! Attendees will need to dress in loose-fitting casual clothes (tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt would be ideal).

The cost of the course is £55 and includes a handheld professional massage unit to take home and a muscle anatomy reference text book.
