In association with Women's Health Week, (back in May), We are warning about the risks to Women's Health posed by big shoulder bags, a current fashionable accessory.

Back pain, sore shoulders and stiff necks can all be symptoms of your shoulder bag. These symptoms can also lead to headaches  and may even mechanically impair your movements.

'Food to Heal' is run by Katie O'Connell. Katie is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, a registered practitioner on the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council Register (CNHC), and a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) 

Katie deals with a wide range of health conditions, with particular experience in skin health, digestive conditions, fatigue and immune boosting support and women's health. She offers private laboratory testing where relevant to clients, including food intolerance testing.
